Arrival - unlocking
  1. Activate by pressing any key on Doorkeeper
  2. Enter user ID and PIN (found after login)
  3. Press "1" to unlock the field
  4. Logout will happen automatically!!
Departure - locking
  1. Activate by pressing any key on Doorkeeper
  2. Enter user ID and PIN (found after login)
  3. Before ending the event, leave the field and close the gate!!!
  4. Press "2" to lock the field (gate must be closed!)
  5. Logout will happen automatically!!
Light control
  1. Activate by pressing any key on Doorkeeper
  2. Enter user ID and PIN (found after login)
  3. Press "3" to turn on/off
  4. After turning on, night tariff will be charged, after turning off back to day tariff
  5. Turning off will happen automatically when ending the event (see above)
  6. Logout will happen automatically!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the system lock me on the field?

It cannot, if you follow the set procedures, or do not enter an already unlocked field without unlocking it yourself.

What happens during a power outage?

During a power outage, the lock will be unlocked for safety reasons.

What happens during an internet outage?

The system depends on internet connection. If there is no functional internet connection, it will fail. The field cannot be unlocked.

What should I do if the field is unlocked?

If you want to go to the field, press "Unlock" in the Doorkeeper system. If the message "Field unlocked, ..." appears, you can enter safely. However, if the message "Field lock opening failed" appears, we recommend not closing the gate after entering and reporting the problem using the "Report Problem" form. There was probably a power or internet outage and the field will LOCK after the supply/connection is restored!!

Why won't the system let me access the field?

Either you have a high debt, which is also indicated by a message when you try to unlock, or there was a power or internet outage.

Why didn't the field physically lock after pressing 'Lock'?

There was probably a power/internet outage. You can report this to us by filling out the 'Report Problem' form after logging into the Doorkeeper system and we will verify it.

How quickly will you process my rental payment?

Since we do not have access to the bank account, we wait for their anonymized statements to reach us. These are then automatically processed by the system in the afternoon hours. We usually receive statements 1-2 times a week, depending on the number of payments. We therefore recommend paying for the rental as soon as possible.

How can I contact you with a question/comment/problem report?

By filling out the "Report Problem" form. This way your message will reach the right person (either the operator or the developers) the fastest.

Do all players need a Doorkeeper account?

No, it is enough for one of you to have an account and rent the field.

Where can I find the field operating rules?

The operating rules and regulations are posted on the notice board at the entrance. By entering the field you agree to the operating rules and regulations.
